THE DAYCARE

Weefolkfarm is a nature based daycare program which reunites children with nature. My hope is to inspire others to do what we do here: keep life simple. Our days are pleasant and stress free. We are outside most of our days experiencing the outdoors rather than seeing it on screens. We strive to create a safe haven for children, where they feel nurtured, loved, and free to explore the world at their own pace. Their days consist of artistic activities such as creating works of art from natural materials, practical life skills such as baking and gardening, and daily routines such as setting the table, helping prepare healthy meals together, singing, puppet shows, story telling and most important PLAY! There is a strong emphasis on warm human relationships and natural interactions among the young and old.
